Marketing real estate online is the #1 way to expose and showcase a listing. Almost all Buyers search via the internet so it’s crucial to have a strong virtual presence. Whether it be via search engines, real estate portals, or social networks, a potential buyer can see your property from anywhere. Some examples of such sites are: Zillow.com, Redfin.com, Realtor.com, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube.

Presenting the property online is highly important. Here’s what I do for my Sellers:

• Professional photography of the property, including drone shots. 
• Professional video of the home to launch on all social media platforms. 
• We create a 3D virtual tour of the property. This tour gives the buyer the ability to walk through the house, at their leisure. It’s a great way for viewers who are out of the area or affected by Covid-19  to be able to look at homes in a first-person perspective. 
• Professional home staging of your home to maximize its appeal. 
• We launch all of this on MLS, the real estate portals and social networks.
